SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once you have placed your order and the payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed within 2 working days and you will receive a dispatch email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping
Our default standard shipping method can take up to 3-5 working days depending on location and availability. Alternatively, you can choose our express shipping service which will take 1-2 working days and will either be delivered by our own shipping service or by SF express.

International Shipping
Our online retail store currently only ships to Hong Kong and Macau. We are working on expanding internationally and we may be shipping to your country in the near future. If you are interested in placing an order outside of Hong Kong SAR, please contact us at retail@donbellini.com.
Returns
If you would like to return your order, please submit a contact form or contact us at retail@donbellini.com. If you have changed your mind and no longer want your order, or if you are unhappy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days. Please note that we only accept returns if the item is unused, and in its original state of when it was received. If you have received the wrong item/s or have received any damaged item/s, please take a photo of these items and include it in the email or submit a replacement request form. Once we have processed your return or replacement request, if eligible, a full refund for your item/order will be processed.
